  Sprinter Abby Steiner produced history at NCAA

university of Kentucky sprinter Abby Steiner made history Saturday at NCAA by winning the women’s 200-meter title with a time of 21.80s, Nigerian and LSU Favour Ofili was second in a time of 22.05s followed by Anavia Battle at 22.33s, Kennedy Flannel, and Kevona Davis both of
Texas University 22.35 and 22.350 respectively.

Steiner also placed third in a time of 11.071 in the women’s 100m, behind Texas University’s and St Lucia’s  Julien  Alfred  11.014  Oregon’s and Oregon’s and Jamaica,s Kemba Nelson 11.020 

Steiner wasn’t done there. She helped propel Kentucky to a come-from-behind first-place finish in the 4×400 after the Wildcats trailed by as many as 25 meters entering the third leg. Steiner not only made up the difference but also gained a five-meter lead going into the final stretch.
